The kick-off meeting was held in the Central Library Teleconference Room of the National Technical University of Athens in the 25th and 26th of April 2002 and was attended by the project participants.

The 1st Annual meeting was held at the premises of the Association of Lebanese Industrialists, in Beirut. The event took place on the 15th, 16th and 17th of February 2003 and was attended by the project participants.
